What you’ll do
An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Pharmacist to be a part of our experienced team at Ramsay Pharmacy Greenslopes. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide specialised medication management in the dispensary and clinical services to hospital wards.
* Provide best practice pharmacy services and exceptional patient-centred care as part by ensuring medication safety and optimising medication management
* Work closely with the hospital team to educate staff and counsel patients on medication usage
* Cultivate a collaborative and positive teamwork culture that empowers everyone to excel
What you’ll bring
* Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
* High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software
* Comply with the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia’s Code of Professional Conduct and Society of Hospital Pharmacist’s Ethics
* Maintain the currency of his/her pharmaceutical knowledge in accordance with the current Pharmaceutical Society of Australia’s Competency Standards of Pharmacists in Australia
* Available to be able to work occasional weekends and evening shifts where indicated by site
* Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential.
It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:
* Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
* A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
