We're looking for a dynamic, innovative, and experienced Head Bartender to join the opening team at The Big Chill Clifton Beach — our exciting new restaurant and bar on the beautiful Northern Beaches.
If you're passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences, have a flair for mixology and presentation, and love leading a motivated front‑of‑house team, we'd love to meet you.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a head bartender or senior bar role in a busy, high‑quality venue
* A genuine team player with strong leadership and communication skills
* Well‑spoken, professional, and positive attitude
* Creative approach to cocktails, menu development, and presentation
* Excellent product knowledge across wines, spirits, and classic cocktails
* Reliable, organized, and committed to a long‑term role (6 months minimum)
