Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Electronics)
Position Title: Accounts Executive (Temp)
Working Location: Pioneer (Near MRT station)
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 7.45 AM – 4.45 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,900 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus
Duration: Contract (6 months)
Key Responsibilities
- Track and document indirect material orders in the Accounts Payable (AP) system.
- Enter all indirect material invoices into the ERP system accurately.
- Execute payments to suppliers for indirect materials.
- Record journal entries for consumable inventory items.
- Log provisional expenses and similar items in the general journal.
- Generate and share reports on raw material purchases and inventory.
- Help with monthly expenditure reports and submitting data to the Economic Development Board (EDB).
- Keep the Fixed Asset Register and records for tooling and consumables current and correct.
- Calculate and report royalty payments for tax filing with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).
- Participate in special projects as needed, such as inventory checks, audits, and tax-related tasks.
- Provide backup for other team members and carry out various additional duties.

Qualifications
- GCE "A" Level, LCCI, Diploma, or similar in Accounting.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing (training provided for those without relevant experience).
- Experience with inventory management and costing.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Excel.
- Meticulous in ensuring preciseness and attention to detail.
