Let's Finance, backed by the Scott Park Group and Sumitomo Forestry are a growing Construction Finance Specialist team, specializing in finding loans for building new homes. Assisting with even more than just new home build mortgages, our Finance Specialists assist with financing from car and boat loans, wealth creation, superannuation management and investment finance.
Due to an internal vacancy, we are currently seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team in a permanent, full time capacity.
Key responsibilities
* Collaboration with our brokers, liaising with customers via telephone and email;
* Gathering client information upon first interview;
* Assist with document creation and upkeep;
* Follow internal checklists to gather appropriate information to lodge with lenders;
* Maintain calendars, ensuring no double ups of appointments;
* Provide time management support to our brokers to ensure they can be the most productive.
To be successful in the role, the successful candidate will have the following
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role;
* High level of attention to detail;
* Strong computing skills, especially with Microsoft Office suite (excel, word, etc);
* The ability to build rapport quickly with our clients and the confidence to seek information;
* Resilience and the ability to perform under time pressures;
