Senior Infrastructure Leader

About the role:
This strategic leadership position combines project oversight with hands-on site authority, requiring an exceptional individual who can seamlessly transition between the boardroom and the construction site.
* Key Responsibilities:
o Contractual Management: Administer valuations, variations, and payment certifications under complex construction contracts.
o Project Management: Oversee end-to-end management of multimillion-dollar projects in civil, structural, and maritime sectors, ensuring timely completion.
o Site Management: Direct and oversee all on-site operational activities, adhering to WHS, quality assurance, and environmental standards.
o Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with government clients, design consultants, subcontractors, and authorities, acting as key communication bridge.
o Commercial Acumen: Develop, control, and report on project financial performance, proactively managing commercial risks and opportunities.
About You:
A minimum of 10 years proven experience in Project Management or Superintendent role within Australian civil, structural, or infrastructure sectors.
Relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management.
Understanding of Australian Standards contracts and commitment to safety and quality.
Strong verbal and written skills are essential for this role.
