Council Operations Officer Job

* Park maintenance and construction
* Maintenance and assistance in minor civil works
* Delivery of waste management services
Main Tasks:
1. Parks and gardens grounds maintenance
2. Whipper snipping and mowing operations
3. Removal and disposal of debris and litter from parks and gardens
4. Waste collection, disposal, and ongoing maintenance at the community landfill site
5. Maintaining equipment and plant in safe condition
6. Ensuring a safe working environment and adhering to WHS regulations
About This Role
This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of key services and maintaining council facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to work independently.
The successful applicant will have experience in a similar role and be knowledgeable about WHS regulations. They must also be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
