The Position
* Plan, supervise, monitor, and evaluate food production and menu-based catering
* Manage stock control, budgets, staff mentoring, and training for front and back of house teams
* Build and leverage positive customer and client relationships to achieve partnership objectives
* Manage finances within a budget and ensure efficient operations across multiple services
* Ensure contract compliance, including all OH&S requirements
The Person
* Head Chef experience, including function and coffee making, is essential
* Minimum Cert 3 in Commercial Cookery and Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
* Experience with full P&L management
* Menu creation and costing skills
* Strong people management skills and ability to deliver high-standard, customer-focused service (client-facing role)
* Contract management experience is highly regarded
* Intermediate skills in computer and Microsoft Office applications
