What the Role Involves
We’re looking for a hands-on chef who loves to deliver quality, consistency and flair.
You’ll play a key part in our kitchen team, helping design and deliver dishes that showcase local ingredients and bring a fresh edge to pub classics.
Day to day, you’ll:
* Cook and present high-quality meals.
* Run the pass and thrive under pressure during busy service.
* Maintain a spotless kitchen and uphold strict food safety standards.
* Work collaboratively with the Head Chef and management team.
* Lead by example and bring positive energy to every shift.
* Be flexible across a 7-day rotating roster.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in a fast-paced kitchen (hotel or restaurant background preferred).
* A strong work ethic and calm approach under pressure.
* Attention to detail, presentation and consistency.
* Great communication and teamwork skills.
* Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery.
