WHAT'S ON OFFER
Brand new $100m + Government project in the Western Suburbs. Full site team, excellent trades, great systems and scope to move into an SPE role for future works.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
- Design management and coordination
- Client coordination and liaison
- Tendering
- Budget Estimate and reporting
- Site Establishment and planning
- Construction coordination and management
- Site variation and design change
- Assist PM with accurate preparation of reports
- Track ITP's and hold points
- Resolve issues with variations and design changes
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Construction Management Degree or Civil Engineering Degree
- Proven local Construction industry experience on $100m plus commercial projects
- Must have a secure career history within the Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction industry
- Strong construction site or project engineering experience
- Must be a wizard at programming the schedule of works
- The ability to work to and meet tight deadlines
- Well organised, strong work ethic, enthusiastic, motivated, honest and high level of integrity
