Strata Financial Administrator Role
We are seeking a detail-focused and organized professional to join our team as a Strata Financial Administrator at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort on a 12-month maternity leave contract.
About the Job:
This role is critical to the smooth financial and operational management of our resort's Community Association (CA). As a Strata Financial Administrator, you will be responsible for managing CA budgets, preparing and delivering accurate financial reports, tracking progress of maintenance works, maintaining asset registers, coordinating water readings and invoicing for strata plans.
