About the Role
The Spa Training Manager is responsible for leading and developing their team of therapists.

Key responsibilities include:
* Performing advanced skin treatments and leading by example.
* Undertaking training needs analyses and developing a monthly training plan with the leadership team.
* Preparing and delivering training to the spa team.
* Providing in-depth knowledge of all products and services to enable cross-selling opportunities.
* Collaborating with the Spa manager to set goals for spa performance and track therapist performance.
* Ensuring therapists are competent and engaged to deliver service excellence and meet retail requirements.
* Leading and managing training compliance within the spa.
Your Skills & Experience
You must hold a Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous industry experience (Cert IV in Training and Assessment advantageous).
Ability to motivate and lead teams to best performance.
Proven ability to reach and maintain KPI's and inspire your team with your high level of customer service.
Previous sales experience with a demonstrated ability to promote treatments and prescribe products.
You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation.
You are highly organised and exhibit great time management skills.
