About the Role:
Based in the Warragul office, manage a well-maintained portfolio of 150 properties using Property Me, with strong team support.
* Portfolio of 150 properties
* Full support with leasing, inspections & admin
* Focus on landlord & tenant relationships
* Collaborative, team-based environment
* Ideal for a confident, self-managing Property Manage
About You:
* Ideally 2+ years’ property management experience
* Open to candidates with 12+ months experience looking to step up
* Current Agent’s Representative Certificate
* Reliable car and valid driver’s licence
* Strong organisation and time management skills
* Confident communicator with a customer-first mindset
* Positive, team-oriented attitude
What’s on Offer:
* $60K – $75K base + super (negotiable depending on experience)
* $17K – $25K commission (conservative estimate)
* New business bonus structure
* Company car (dependent on portfolio) or car allowance
