In this role, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team to deliver exceptional customer service at our restaurant located in Ballina, NSW ****.
As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a key part in the smooth running of the restaurant and contribute to the overall success of the McDonald's brand.

What you'll be doing
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant during your shift, including managing staff, handling cash and stock control.
Be available to work rotating shifts including days, evenings, and weekends as required.
Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness and safety.
Provide coaching and support to crew members to develop their skills and grow within the organisation.
Analyse sales data and staffing requirements to drive operational efficiency.
Act as a brand ambassador and role model, embodying the McDonald's values and culture.
Collaborate with the restaurant management team to implement strategic initiatives.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, ideally within the hospitality or retail industry.
McDonald's qualifications are a big advantage.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for delivering high-quality experiences.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle daily operational challenges.
Numeracy skills and the ability to analyse data to drive process improvements.
A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to relocate to or near Ballina.
Legal eligibility to work in Australia, and Australian work rights.
