* Ensure compliance with contract terms, service levels, and legal obligations.
* Draft and negotiate contracts and manage the lifecycle from initiation to close-out.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contract-related matters.
* Support project teams in managing commercial risk and driving contract performance.
* Implement innovative contract management strategies to enhance project outcomes.

Requirements:

* 2–5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor within the construction and engineering industry.
* A keen understanding of contract law, commercial frameworks, and cost management.
* Proven ability to draft, review, and manage a wide range of contracts and tender documents.
* Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to analyse contracts, mitigate risks, and support project execution.
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and time management.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Project, SharePoint). Experience using Procore is an advantage.
* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
