Key Performance Indicators for a Revenue Operations Manager

A seasoned Marketing Operations Manager is required to spearhead the RevOps strategy by championing revenue growth, process efficiency and customer satisfaction.

As the internal expert on HubSpot, you will drive data-driven decision-making through advanced revenue attribution, funnel optimisation and streamlined lead routing.

A proactive initiative and mastery of the HubSpot ecosystem are essential for success in this role.


Core Job Responsibilities

* Develop, execute and monitor integrated sales and marketing strategies that directly contribute to revenue goals.
* Ensure alignment between Sales and Marketing on lead definitions, Service Level Agreements and reporting methodologies.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the entire RevOps funnel.

Configure Avoma recordings and AI coaching tools to provide data-driven feedback and support to client-facing staff.


HubSpot Platform Expertise Administration

Serve as the internal expert and administrator for the HubSpot CRM, ensuring data integrity, compliance and optimal user experience for both Sales and Marketing teams.

Design, build and optimise complex multi-channel marketing campaigns entirely within the HubSpot Marketing Hub, including advanced workflows, lead scoring models and segmentation.

Oversee technical integration with other business systems and manage necessary custom objects, properties and data syncs.


Reporting and Analytics

Execute advanced revenue attribution reporting to track and attribute every dollar of revenue to specific Marketing or Business Development activities.

Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards within HubSpot to inform business decisions.

Report to senior management on Sales and Marketing results and performance against revenue KPIs, including MQL to SQL conversion rates, sales cycle length and pipeline velocity.
