BP Bay City Operating Hours : 5am‑9pm
Availability : Early mornings starting at 4am, weekends and public holidays
We currently have vacancies for Cafe All Rounders / Customer Service Representatives to join our BP Hervey Bay & BP Bay City sites. If you have a drive for customer service and are looking to become part of a great team atmosphere, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
Provide quick, efficient and polite service at all times to ensure customers return to the site.
Work early shifts starting at 4:00am.
Promote products and promotions in-store.
Food preparation and food handling.
Use the point of sale system and perform cash handling duties.
Maintain stock levels.
Maintain a safe environment at all times.
What we're looking for
Retail experience is preferred but not essential.
Ability to thrive in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment.
Excellent customer service experience.
Motivated team player, reliable, punctual and with great communication skills.
Cafe food experience would be advantageous.
Own transport and driver's license.
