About The Role
We are seeking a Personal Support Worker for an afternoon shift 3 hours per week, you will assist clients in their daily living activities, helping them maintain independence in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with transfers in and out of bed and wheelchairs (hoists used when necessary)
* Providing personal care: grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene
* Supporting basic wound care and self-medication
* Offering domestic support: meal prep, light housekeeping, and laundry
* Facilitating community access: driving clients to appointments and social activities

About You
We seek passionate individuals with an empathetic nature and a positive attitude. You should be able to communicate effectively and treat others with dignity and respect. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide extensive training.
Requirements
* Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
* Smartphone device
* Current NDIS Workers Screening Card (Yellow Card) or willingness to obtain
* Be eligible to apply for a Working with Children Check
* Completion of the NDIS Workers Orientation Module or willingness to complete
* Flexibility to work a fixed fortnightly roster with varying shift times
