The Opportunity Well-established global retail business is looking for an experienced AR officer to support the team with the accounts receivable and reconciliation functions. You'll work with a supportive finance team, for an organisation that has growth trajectories in mind. The Role: This opening comes about due to internal promotion and is a great foot in the door. Reporting to the Finance manager your responsibilities will include: Processing daily banking from stores, retail and wholesale customers Follow up outstanding banking Key point of contact for stores regarding banking/cash allocation Reconciliations and variance analysis for retail stores Weekly sales reconciliations and reporting Debtor reporting Assist with preparation of weekly cashflow and rolling forecasts Debt monitoring, reporting and collections Balance sheet reconciliations Generating invoices Ad hoc duties where necessary About you: Minimum 3 years experience in a relevant role Bonus if you have experience working in retail Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency and computer literacy Experience in large ERP systems Excellent written and communications skills Must be immediately available or on short-notice Sounds like you?
