We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Representative to provide high-quality support to our Australian clients in the CFD trading space.
We are open to candidates based in either Sydney or Melbourne for this opportunity.
You will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with account-related queries, trading platform support, and general enquiries, while ensuring all communications are accurate, professional, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide timely and professional support to our clients via Live Chats, Emails and Phones.
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving client issues regarding our products, platforms, and basic trading-related questions.
* Address clients feedback as well as complaints professionally.
* Record and update client data and other relevant information when necessary.
* Provide account opening and onboarding guidance.
* This is a shift-based role, with rostered working hours between 7:00am and 10:00pm AEST, totalling 38 hours per week.
Requirements
Must Have
* 1-2 years experience in Customer Support / Client Services.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
* Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
* Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness.
Nice to Have
* Experience in CFD / forex / financial services industry.
* Familiarity with trading platforms (e.g. MT4/MT5/TradingView).
* Experience using Zendesk or similar tools.
* Ability to communicate in Vietnamese or Chinese is considered a strong advantage, but is not mandatory.
