We are seeking an experienced secretary to join our litigation practice group in Sydney.
* Typing and collation of legal documents, commercial contracts, deeds, agreements, correspondence, memos, email communications, and dictation tapes.
* Client liaison and internal communication via telephone and email.
* Timesheet data entry and client account preparation (billing).
* File management, including travel arrangements and diary organisation.
* Email filing and electronic file management.
* File maintenance, archiving, and additional administrative tasks as required.
As a team member, you will work closely with partners, lawyers, and clients, providing excellent organisational and communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in timesheet entry and client billing preparation, with a keen eye for detail. They should thrive in fast-paced environments and be committed to delivering exceptional support.
