About Triple Zero Victoria

Triple Zero Victoria (TZV) provides the critical link between the Victorian community and the state's emergency services agencies. It provides Victoria's 24-hour emergency call-taking and dispatch services for Police, Fire, Ambulance and VICSES.

About the Role

As the Project Officer, you will support the smooth delivery of the Next Generation CAD project by managing project governance, maintaining high‑quality documentation, coordinating schedules, and facilitating clear communication across stakeholders.

Day to day responsibilities include:

* Develop and maintain comprehensive project artefacts, including risk logs, schedules, and status reports in strict alignment with the TZV Project Management Framework.
* Facilitate high-stakes project workshops and meetings by managing agendas, minutes, and the rigorous tracking of actionable outcomes.
* Manage project financials by developing budget estimates, tracking actual spend against forecasts, and supporting end-to-end procurement activities.
* Monitor work package delivery against cost, scope, and quality tolerances, ensuring timely reporting and escalation of project risks or delays.

About You

The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:

* You will have a Diploma/Tertiary qualification in Project Management and/or Project Management qualification (PRINCE2 OR PMBOK or equivalent).
* Proven experience in contributing to the delivery of complex projects.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to prepare accurate and detailed documents, reports and correspondence.
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to task completion.
