Insurance Claims Specialist
This role involves being the first point of contact for insurance claim lodgement and assessing eligibility to access super under grounds of invalidity or terminal illness. The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of claims, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and adherence to business rules.
* The key responsibility is managing death claims distribution through case management to payment, including the claim staking process.
* Maintaining strong relationships with members and external stakeholders while upholding professionalism in all interactions.
