 * Salary range: $90,832 to $100,071 p.a. (AO4)
 * 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
 * 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
The Workforce Coordinator role provides quality executive and administrative support, as well as expert leadership in the areas of recruitment and workforce engagement for all streams across Facilities and Integrated Support Services.
Requirements:
 * Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration
 * Highly regarded: Proven experience with high level skill in providing effective and authoritative specialist advice to all levels of the business in relation to a broad range of associated workforce issues and queries.
 * Highly regarded: High-level ability to identify and resolve issues using an innovative approach to achieve outcomes and results, with the ability to identify and implement quality improvement to recruitment and workforce processes.
 * Highly regarded: Ability to understand and react responsibly to client expectations.
 * Probation period may apply.
