Store Supervisor Job Opportunity

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Store Supervisor to lead a team of staff in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring efficient processes.

* Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail environment.
* They should possess strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
* The successful candidate will be able to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize, are necessary for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead by example, upholding company values and promoting positive interactions with customers, stakeholders, and internal staff.
2. Effectively manage and motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
3. Provide expert product knowledge and advice to customers, promoting sales in alignment with company objectives.
4. Coordinate deliveries and assign job tasks to staff to ensure timely completion of workloads.
5. Forecast sales figures and manage showroom stock levels to meet inventory requirements.
6. Redesign the showroom layout regularly to maintain a fresh and appealing display.
7. Conduct regular staff meetings, train new team members, and develop store procedures for consistent operations.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail environment.
* Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
* Knowledge of healthcare and mobility equipment is advantageous.
* Familiarity with software systems is a plus.
