The Role:
We're looking for a IT Systems Administrator to own our core operational systems, IT infrastructure, and integrations. You'll ensure our tech works seamlessly, automate processes, and empower teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, eCommerce & Marketing. This is a high-impact role where your work directly shapes how we scale globally.
What You'll Do:
* Manage and optimise NetSuite, Celigo, Shopify, 3PL integrations, and key IT systems.
* Lead integration and automation projects, improving efficiency and reducing manual work.
* Map, improve, and streamline cross-functional processes.
* Define and execute our IT & Systems Roadmap aligned with growth.
* Ensure data integrity, compliance, and IT security across the business.
* Explore and implement AI-driven automation and data intelligence initiatives.
* Support teams with training and best practices for systems and tools.
What You Bring:
* 3+ years managing ERP platforms (NetSuite preferred) and integration middleware.
* Experience with eCommerce platforms (Shopify preferred) and 3PL integrations.
* Strong IT infrastructure knowledge and user support experience.
* Excellent problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimisation and efficiency.
Bonus Skills:
* NetSuite certification.
* Experience in FMCG, retail, or global eCommerce environments.
