**Do you have a passion for Craft Beer & Cider and love finding the latest and greatest drinks and setting trends?**
**About the Role**
We have a rare opportunity to join the Endeavour Group Craft Beer & Cider category team driving our local range. As one of the most dynamic, fast paced & exciting categories within the Endeavour business, you will find yourself dealing with beer & cider makers across the country and working closely with them to deliver an ever evolving range across both BWS & Dan Murphy's stores.
As a category that moves at pace and is always changing, this role will round out your buying skills and set you up for success to take the next step in your development journey. You will support in implementing category strategies as well as consistent delivery of category sales & profit metrics.
Supplier and stakeholder management is key and you will work closely with the Category Manager to develop strong, collaborative relationships with suppliers.
**What You'll Need to Succeed**
- You are a collaborative influencer with strong stakeholder management skills who can work with internal and external stakeholders to deliver commercial and customer focused initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to positively engage with others and build strong relationships at all levels
- Ability to pick up systems and tools quickly and support suppliers to navigate systems
- A customer centric attitude and a passion for the beer and/or cider industry
- Ability to travel when required
- Knowledge of Craft Beer & Craft cider segment highly regarded
