As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing customers, while also identifying new business opportunities. You will work closely with the branch team to coordinate orders, inventory, and deliveries.
Your day-to-day activities will include delivering exceptional service and support to customers, providing quotes and product advice tailored to their needs, and planning and maintaining a regular call cycle. This will involve targeted cold calls, as well as working with internal sales functions such as pricing, stock management, and product sourcing.
In addition to these core responsibilities, you will play a key role in promoting new and complementary products to drive business growth, and contributing to sales meetings, promotions, and team targets.
