The roles As a Customer Service Officer, you will be working in a contact centre environment taking inbound calls to immediately support those impacted by recent storms in South-East Queensland.
About you You are passionate about delivering great customer experience by listening, clarifying and providing up to date and accurate information.
You will have experience in providing customer service over the phone in a scripted environment.
You will bring an exceptional attention to detail including accurate data entry, and a keen ability to pick up new systems and procedures in a timely manner.
Successful candidates will need to demonstrate strong resilience and the ability to manage customers in sensitive circumstances.
Key Details Shift work across a 24/7 roster (great penalty rates) $*****/ hour + superannuation Onsite parking Commencing 3rd December for an initial 2-4 weeks with possible extension options based on operational requirements Interviews will commence immediately.
