About the Opportunity
Join eHealth as a Senior Functional Oracle EPM Consultant of our high-performing Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) team. This role plays a pivotal part in driving operational excellence by aligning business strategy with performance insights, empowering data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
As a key member of the EPM team, you will lead the design, configuration, and optimisation of Oracle EPM solutions, collaborating closely with finance, business, and IT stakeholders to deliver capabilities in planning, forecasting and reporting.
This is more than just a systems role - it’s a strategic leadership opportunity to shape how our business executes its goals with precision, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.
In this role, you will:
* Lead the functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle EPM solutions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable EPM solutions.
* Support key enterprise planning activities including financial, workforce, capital, cash flow and operational planning, as well as consolidation, reporting, and reconciliation.
* Guide project teams from requirements gathering through to post-implementation support.
* Identify opportunities to optimise performance reporting and streamline processes using EPM tools.
* Serve as a subject matter expert, advising senior leadership and project teams on EPM best practices.
* Provide leadership across EPM initiatives, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, sustainable, and aligned with business objectives.
This role is internally referred to as Senior Digital Specialist - ERP. About youWe are looking for someone who has:
* Extensive functional experience with Oracle EPM (Cloud and/or Hyperion) in both project delivery and support roles, with strong understanding of EPM architecture, data flows, and metadata management.
* Proven delivery of end to end EPM implementations, from requirements gathering through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support, across at least two modules such as Financial, Workforce, Capital or Cash Flow Planning, ARCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, or EDMCS.
* Deep knowledge of financial, workforce, and capital planning, consolidation, and management reporting, underpinned by strong core accounting principles.
* Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable EPM solutions, aligning stakeholders on process, system, and change impacts.
* Strong experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall environments, with sound understanding of project governance, DevOps practices, and delivery controls.
* Proven leadership capability, including leading functional teams, reviewing solution designs, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring quality across deliverables.
* Excellent communication and delivery skills, including producing high quality project documentation and training materials, managing project planning, estimation, risk, and progress, and effectively engaging stakeholders from operational teams to senior executives.
* Deep knowledge of financial, workforce, and capital planning, consolidation, and management reporting, underpinned by strong core accounting principles or business acumen.
