At Compass Group, we deliver food and support services to major workplaces, schools, and venues across Australia. THE POSITION
* Assist in preparing, serving, and presenting fresh, delicious meals with care
* Deliver friendly and professional customer service at all times
* Support kitchen operations including cleaning, restocking, and service setup
* Operate the till and process transactions (where applicable)
* Maintain high hygiene standards and follow Compass Group food safety practices
* Work collaboratively with chefs, catering teams, and site managers to ensure smooth operations
THE PERSON
* A reliable, customer-focused individual with a passion for hospitality
* Minimum one year of kitchen or catering experience preferred
* Organised, adaptable, and comfortable in busy environments
* Holds or can obtain a National Police Check and Working With Children Check
* A strong team player who takes pride in their work and presentation
