About the Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to take the lead on an organisation wide transformation, guiding the Shire of Denmark's move from server‐based systems to a modern cloud‐based environment. As the Project Lead for Nimbus, you'll drive the implementation of a new ERP system, M365 SharePoint, and M365 Records Management, shaping how our organisation works for years to come.

This is a maximum-term position (3 years), aligned to the duration of the project.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading the delivery of the Nimbus Project, including ERP implementation, M365 SharePoint, and cloud-based records management.
* Coordinating internal teams, external vendors, and specialist consultants. Facilitating workshops, requirements gathering, and business process mapping.
* Overseeing data preparation and migration activities.
* Driving organisational change, training and user adoption.
* Ensuring strong governance, compliance and project reporting.
* Supporting the redesign of business processes to improve efficiency and digital capability.
About You
* Demonstrated experience delivering complex ICT, ERP, or records management projects.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile).
* Experience in business process mapping and organisational change.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes on time.
* Candidates must be willing to complete a pre‐employment medical (including drug and alcohol screening) and provide a current National Police Clearance.

Hours & Salary
Max Term Contract (3 years) – 76 hours per fortnight.
Salary – $108,680.00 per annum.
