We are seeking an experienced Butcher to join our team at Paradise Point Butchery and Seafood in Paradise Point, QLD. As a full-time Butcher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality meat cutting and preparation services to our valued customers. What you'll be doing
* Cutting, trimming, and preparing a variety of meats to customer specifications
* Assisting customers with product selection and providing expert advice on cooking and preparation
* Maintaining a clean and well-organised work area, ensuring compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
* Collaborating with the team to ensure efficient and seamless operations
* Participating in inventory management and stock control processes
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Butcher, with a strong understanding of meat cuts, preparation, and presentation
* Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure, with excellent customer service skills
* Knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
