To be considered for the below roles, you must have a minimum 3 years’ experience.

Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects across various sectors. This role involves managing the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Candidates should have a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.

Construction Project Manager

Join our team as a Construction Project Manager, responsible for overseeing construction projects from conception through completion. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, ensuring compliance with safety and building codes, and coordinating between contractors, architects, and stakeholders. Experience in construction management software and a deep understanding of construction processes are essential.

Engineering Surveyor

We are looking for an Engineering Surveyor to provide exact measurements and data for engineering projects. This role requires conducting field surveys, processing data, and creating detailed reports to aid in the design and execution of engineering projects. Proficiency with GPS, GIS, and other surveying instruments and technologies is required.

Surveyor

Seeking a Surveyor to perform field measurements and collect data that will inform the planning and design of land development projects. Duties include conducting land and property surveys, preparing site plans and records, and ensuring accurate measurements for legal and construction purposes. Candidates should have strong analytical skills and familiarity with surveying technology.

Construction Estimator

This role requires an applicant to conduct feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs. Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts. Coordination of work effort. Calculate time scales. Assist key stakeholders in planning and organisation of labour, materials etc. Review and interpret codes of practice, regulations and plans as required.

Occupational Health and Safety Advisor

This role requires an applicant with a very strong and confident English language and communication style. The ability to liaise with client and stakeholders. Review WHS safety management plans, policies and procedures. Enact safety standards out on site, office or relevant projects. Ensure WHS KPI’s are being met daily, weekly and monthly. Conduct toolbox meetings, safety briefings, pre-starts if required.

Accountant

This role is critical to ensuring compliance in financial operations, maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and collaborate with stakeholders to support effective financial management. We would prefer an applicant that has exposure to the following: Control of MYOB: Accounts payable/receivable, payroll, BAS, bank reconciliations. Developing and maintaining internal accounting systems to ensure accurate financial tracking and reporting. Project costing and subcontractor claims support via Procore. Preparing periodic financial statements and reports for management and regulatory bodies. Conducting financial reviews and audits
