We are seeking 5 enthusiastic and caring Teacher Aides to provide additional support to a number of classes and students across the school.

This position is being offered in a Temporary Part‐time capacity (0.72 FTE), 55 hours per fortnight.

About The Role
As a Teacher Aide, you will play a key role in supporting teachers and students in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with diverse needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting student learning across all curriculum areas, including literacy and numeracy.
* Assisting students with communication using Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).
* Providing support for students in learning, play, and self-care activities where required.
* Helping prepare and manage teaching materials and resources.
* Collaborating with teachers and staff to create a safe and supportive environment.
About You
This role would suit individuals who are passionate about education and supporting students with diverse needs to achieve their potential.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively as part of a team.
* Empathy and respect for students with high-level needs.
* Experience or willingness to assist with self-care tasks, including toileting and meals.
* Organisational skills to assist with clerical tasks and resource management.
* Flexibility and adaptability to support a range of student needs and activities.
