This is a senior role in our organisation that involves contributing to the delivery of assigned events year-round.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Festival Producer in the development and production of all assigned events to world-class quality, significance, and reputation.
This position manages aspects of administrative, financial, creative, production, and technical work assigned by the Festival Producer in the preparation, planning, organisation, and implementation of assigned events.
The Festival Associate Producer will manage contracted relationships with talent, artists, agents, and related entities as assigned by the Festival Producer. Sponsorship and media partnerships are essential relationships, and they will assist the Festival Producer to ensure these relationships are successfully nurtured.
 * Deliver high-quality events across a multi-platform and multi-genre event strategy.
 * Liaise with and maintain key stakeholder relationships including LGBTQIA+SB communities and organisations, government agencies, venues, and partners.
 * Maintain and champion the organisation's core values and adhere to the organisation ethics charter.
Requirements:
 * At least 3 years of experience as an Associate Producer, Producer, or Event Manager in various event environments.
 * Proven project management skills and experience with relevant ERP tools.
 * Experience and knowledge of event production and operations.
Additional Requirements
 * Work Health & Safety knowledge including the WH&S Act and relevant legislation.
 * Previous experience working with the LGBTQIA+SB and/or First Nations communities.
