About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Personal Assistant to support an established, high‐performing agent in our Northcote office. This is an ideal entry point into residential sales, where you will work closely within a team, learn the end‐to‐end sales process, and build the foundations to progress into your own standalone sales role over time.
Responsibilities
* Supporting an experienced Sales Consultant with day‐to‐day activities
* Assisting with campaign management, marketing and listing preparation
* Coordinating open consultations and buyer follow‐up
* Managing databases and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising with vendors, buyers and internal teams
* Providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth campaigns
Qualifications
* Current Agent's Representative Certificate
* Strong interest in building a career in real estate sales
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive, driven and eager to learn
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced, team environment
* Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
