Ad Hoc / Part Time contract
Mandurah region
$50 - $90 per hour (Depending on skills & experience)
AustCorp Executive are currently looking for a Construction Manager / Clerk of Works to work on an Ad Hoc / Part time basis approx. 1 day per week on an ongoing contract (possibly 12 to 18 months), which would suit someone semi-retired, living in the Mandurah region.
Ideally you will have a Building Construction or M&E;/HVAC Trades background. You will be required to support the project team and design / engineering consultants in Perth with oversight of delivery of work including: - painting & decorating, electrical power supply / distribution upgrades, air conditioning upgrades, door hanging, and general works. You will oversee work changes / variations on a site in Mandurah.
Key is being able to check & verify that the work is being done correctly, that contractors are cleaning up after themselves & that the work is being completed in a timely manner.
