Senior Performance Marketing Role
To excel in this position, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and execution of a paid performance marketing strategy.
* You will oversee and optimize our multi-channel performance ecosystem, driving growth across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
* You will design, implement, refine, and scale – maintaining robust ROAS and healthy CAC.
* You will experiment with and iterate creative and audience combinations using existing assets and new ideas you help generate.
* You will lead performance analysis – report weekly on successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
* You will collaborate with the content and creative team to brief, refine, and amplify winning ads.
