* Deliver outstanding customer service to help grow the business.
* Support recruitment efforts by building and managing a strong care workforce.
* Lead the day-to-day delivery of high-quality home care services to clients.
* Create engagement strategies to support and retain staff.
* Represent the organization at community and recruitment events.
Requirements include great communication skills – both written and verbal, confident use of MS Office and CRM systems, strong time management and ability to juggle priorities, a positive attitude and willingness to learn, flexibility, initiative, and a keen eye for detail.
