Allweld Manufacturing is a growing fabrication and manufacturing business delivering complex, high-quality projects across multiple industries. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of projects from handover through to delivery.
This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and suited to someone who thrives in structured environments, values accountability, and can confidently coordinate people, materials, and timelines.

About the Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering projects safely, on time, and within scope. You'll work closely with Production, Purchasing, and Site teams to ensure jobs are ready, controlled, and executed to Allweld standards.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage projects from contract handover to completion
* Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
* Coordinate production, materials, subcontractors, and resources
* Ensure job readiness prior to release to the workshop
* Control scope, variations, and change management
* Monitor progress, costs, risks, and quality requirements
* Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
* Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with WHS, QA, and company processes

About You
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in manufacturing, fabrication, engineering, or construction
* Strong planning, organisation, and time management skills
* Confident communicator who can lead without micromanaging
* Comfortable working across shop floor and office environments
* High attention to detail and strong problem-solving ability
* Able to manage competing priorities and deadlines
* Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Odoo highly regarded)
