Purpose of the Role
The primary purpose of the role is to improve the reliability team's productivity and quality by anticipating and eliminating potential breakdowns through planning, scheduling, and coordination of Reliability resources, parts, materials, and equipment access.
- Establish, maintain, and improve MEX CMMS, Maintenance Planning and Scheduling business flow process
- Reviews all planned work requests from assigned areas and determine validity and accuracy of information and engage the appropriate resources
- Identifies work requiring engineering design and reviews them with the Maintenance Manager
- Obtain and organize all information required for the Trade Team to perform the work
- Identifies and secures all parts and material required to complete the work
- Provide a total cost estimate for the work to be performed: labour, material, and outside services
About You
- 3-5 years in a planning role
- Trade background and machinery understanding is desirable
- Experience utilising MEX and SAP
- Highly organised, able to think strategically as well as problem solve
- Strong ability to build effective internal and external working relationships at all levels
- Strong adherence to focus on safety ( food safety and people safety)
