Administration Officer - Workplace Rehabilitation

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for employees and employers.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Administration officer to join our Workplace Rehabilitation and Health Division. This is a permanent position located in our national HQ, servicing our national Workplace Rehabilitation & Health team of 60+ employees.

">

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent communication and customer service to all internal and external stakeholders, overseeing the general WRH administration inboxes and Administration Portal, processing WRH referrals, and utilizing Excel to complete weekly reporting requirements.

">

In addition, they will drive new initiatives and work practices, ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative processes. If you have outstanding customer service skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to effectively deal with the needs of clients, we encourage you to apply.

About this role:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders

">

- Oversee the general WRH administration inboxes and Administration Portal

">

- Process WRH referrals

">

- Utilize Excel to complete weekly reporting requirements
