Your New Role:
As Store Manager, you’ll be the face of the brand, creating a warm and welcoming environment for every customer who walks through the door. You’ll lead a small team with heart and purpose, balancing daily operations with a focus on connection and consistency. From driving sales and styling appointments to maintaining a beautiful space, you’ll have the freedom to make the store your own while being supported by a brand that values authenticity and people.
Your Day-to-Day:
* Lead a passionate team to deliver a calm and thoughtful customer experience
* Oversee daily store operations including rostering, visual merchandising and stock management
* Build lasting customer relationships through personalised service and genuine conversation
* Drive sales results and motivate the team to meet and exceed KPIs
* Maintain store presentation and uphold brand standards across every touchpoint
* Monitor performance, provide coaching and create a culture built on trust and teamwork
* Contribute to the broader brand story through feedback, community connection and service excellence

* Proven success and experience in a Store Manager role within fashion or lifestyle retail
* Passion for natural fabrics, sustainability and quality craftsmanship
* Strong people leadership skills with a collaborative and supportive approach
