to join our high‑performing Billings team.

About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a
proactive, detail‑oriented Billing Officer
to join our friendly and supportive team.

This is a full‑time, onsite position, with the option to work
one day from home
(for full-time role only) once fully trained.

Hours:
8:30am – 4:30pm

Environment:
Modern office, close to shops and public transport

What You'll Bring
Essential Criteria

* Experience in an acute hospital or medical practice setting
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

Desirable Criteria

* Experience with hospital mainframe systems (e.g., WebPAS) and strong MS Office skills
* Previous use of hospital billing systems
* Understanding of health fund contracts
* Team‑based work experience
* Cash handling and reconciliation experience
* Knowledge of medical terminology
