TRS Resourcing is currently seeking experienced Diesel Mechanics / Plant Mechanics for multiple permanent positions across New South Wales. These roles offer the opportunity to work across a diverse fleet of earthmoving equipment, heavy vehicles, crushers, screens, fixed plant, and mobile machinery supporting quarrying, recycling, waste management, and resource recovery operations throughout NSW.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance on mobile and fixed plant equipment
* Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults across heavy equipment and machinery
* Maintain crushers, screens, conveyors, earthmoving equipment, and transport assets
* Complete maintenance reports and service documentation accuratelyEnsure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures
* Support operational reliability through proactive maintenance and fault reporting
Skills & Experience
* Trade qualification as a Diesel Mechanic, Plant Mechanic, Mobile Plant Mechanic, or Heavy Vehicle Mechanic
* Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
* Experience working on heavy mobile plant and industrial equipment
* Ability to work independently and within a team environment
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship
* Ability to pass a pre‐employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
* Valid Australian driver's licence
