The Business Analyst Role
This role requires you to validate business and operational requirements, translate them into clear language for technical teams, and drive delivery-friendly solutions.

About the Ideal Candidate
As a seasoned Business Analyst, you thrive in complex environments, transforming business needs into clear requirements using workshops, user journeys, and EPIC walkthroughs to drive alignment and derisk delivery.
You value data integrity, especially capability and epic hygiene, as accurate metrics power sound demand planning and confident decisions.
You're a collaborative team player who partners with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape solutions, contribute to change requests, and keep outcomes tied to what matters for the business.
You communicate effectively, build trusted relationships, and enjoy coaching other analysts to raise the bar.
