Enable Me Occupational Therapy
Enable Me Occupational Therapy provides neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed occupational therapy for children, adults, and families. We are located in Padstow, in South Western Sydney and take a whole-person, multidisciplinary-informed approach that recognises the connection between brain, body, environment, and lived experience.
Our work is grounded in functional, meaningful goal setting—focusing on what actually matters in everyday life. Rather than trying to "fix" people, we support individuals to understand their nervous systems, build on their strengths, and develop practical strategies that enhance independence, participation, and well-being.
Enable Me Occupational Therapy is committed to respectful, evidence-based practice that honours neurodivergent identities, prioritises safety and connection, and meets clients where they are. Our small but growing team consists of occupational therapists, a psychologist, an allied health assistant, and admin support. In addition to our team, we partner closely with individuals, families, schools, and support teams to create supports that are realistic, sustainable, and truly life-enhancing.
