Offer description

Enable Me Occupational Therapy

Enable Me Occupational Therapy provides neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed occupational therapy for children, adults, and families. We are located in Padstow, in South Western Sydney and take a whole-person, multidisciplinary-informed approach that recognises the connection between brain, body, environment, and lived experience.

Our work is grounded in functional, meaningful goal setting—focusing on what actually matters in everyday life. Rather than trying to "fix" people, we support individuals to understand their nervous systems, build on their strengths, and develop practical strategies that enhance independence, participation, and well-being.

Enable Me Occupational Therapy is committed to respectful, evidence-based practice that honours neurodivergent identities, prioritises safety and connection, and meets clients where they are. Our small but growing team consists of occupational therapists, a psychologist, an allied health assistant, and admin support. In addition to our team, we partner closely with individuals, families, schools, and support teams to create supports that are realistic, sustainable, and truly life-enhancing.

Role Description

We have 2 x Senior Occupational Therapy hybrid roles (one Adult-based position and one Paediatric-based position). The preferred candidate will be able to work from tour purpose-built clinic in Padstow, NSW, in the community, and from home.

The Senior Occupational Therapist will evaluate, develop, and implement individualised neuro-affirming therapy plans to aid clients in achieving their functional and performance goals and build their capacity.

Responsibilities include goal setting, conducting assessments, providing therapy, and completing reports for client's with diverse and complex needs.

Additionally the preferred candidate would be expected to provide leadership, supervise junior team members, and provide staff education.

There is opportunity for the right applicant to work across various age groups and diagnoses, including children, adolescents, adults, and aged care depending on their experience and desire.

Candidates wanting full-time or 4-days per week will be considered.
