As a key member of our team, you will deliver exceptional customer service experiences and provide comprehensive information on government programs and processes with an in-depth knowledge base at your fingertips.
* You will maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional approach in every interaction and master complex enquiries, leveraging your in-depth knowledge and sharp problem-solving skills.
You will accurately capture customer details and log interactions in our intuitive CRM system.

* You possess strong problem-solving & critical thinking abilities to address customer queries effectively.

Requirements
* You must be an Australian Citizen.
* You must be 18 years of age at a minimum.
* You must be available to work rotating shifts Monday to Friday between 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
