About the Role
We are excited to offer a career opportunity in Regional NSW, less than one hour from Coffs Harbour, in a scenic hinterland location. This role provides a great work–life balance within a supportive, close-knit community surrounded by nature, waterfalls, and rainforest.
You'll join a community-connected service with low educator-to-child ratios, where relationships, wellbeing, and quality practice are valued. This role is ideal for an experienced Diploma-qualified educator ready to step into a leadership-focused position, make a meaningful impact, and grow within a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Educational Leader/ECT to develop, implement, and reflect on the educational program
* Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, staff, and management
* Undertake day-to-day management responsibilities in the absence of the Director/Nominated Supervisor
* Uphold and lead compliance with the NQS, EYLF, and National Regulations
* Mentor and support educators, promoting professional development and continuous improvement
* Foster a culture of wellbeing, inclusion, and reflective practice
About You
* Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency (no visa sponsorship offered for this position)
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
* Minimum 3–5 years' relevant industry experience in a similar role
* Current NSW WWCC, First Aid (HLTAID012 – including CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis), and Child Protection training
* Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and National Regulations
* Leadership experience (highly valued): ability to mentor staff in collaboration with the ECT and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture
* Professional, positive attitude and genuine passion for children's learning and wellbeing
* Willingness to undergo a National Police Check and must not be a prohibited person under the Education and Care Services National Law
* Current driver's license and access to a car
