Job Description
As our Dental Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued patients, setting the tone for an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in. This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people, is organized, and enjoys being part of a dynamic team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
* Main reception: Take on a variety of tasks across different functions, demonstrating versatility and an ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
* Warmly greeting patients and providing them with a stellar first impression of Maven Dental.
* Managing appointments and patient records with a keen eye for detail and efficiency.
* Offering support and information to our patients, ensuring they feel informed and at ease.
* Working closely with our dental professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Dental Receptionist.
* Experience with Oasis dental software is preferred.
* Strong problem‐solving abilities with a flexible and adaptable mindset.
* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively across various projects and priorities.
* Demonstrated experience in a variety of roles or functions, showing a broad range of competencies.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team‐oriented approach.
* A self‐starter attitude with a willingness to learn new skills and take on unfamiliar tasks when necessary.
